Through an optional system called “return-free filing,” the IRS could provide you with a pre-filled tax return the average American would review for 5 minutes and approve. Instead, America is the only rich country that makes its citizens gather forms to file their taxes . Other countries, including Denmark, Chile, Sweden, and Spain, make “return-free filing” available to their people . In  Estonia (of all places), 95% of taxpayers handle their taxes online and most pay with just one click . The benefit (time savings) is straight-forward and there is no risk. Return-
